⦾ Registered its new name as Alcantara Group Multi-Purpose Cooperative in February 2012 to adopt the RA 9520.
⦾ RA 9520 is an act amending the Cooperative code of the Philippines to be known as the “Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008.
